Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in delivering regulatory, compliance, and data privacy-related projects within the banking or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery including scope, This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable financial institution driving mission-critical, high-impact project.Mandatory Skill-setBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;Minimum of 10 years of project management experience;Must have track record of delivering regulatory and compliance-driven projects;Must have deep understanding of Singapore PDPA regulations and PII protection requirements;Demonstrated experience in managing high-impact regulatory projects;Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills;Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;Experience navigating and adhering to complex governance and compliance frameworks;Ability to balance time, cost, scope, and quality within a structured project environment.Desired Skill-setWork experience in banking industry;Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification;Any relevant compliance, data protection, or privacy-related certification.ResponsibilitiesOwn and track project quality, scope, timeline, and effort in alignment with estimation, change requests (CRs), complexity, and available resources;Develop and execute detailed project plans, analyzing proposals for schedule and budget impact;Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and activities ensuring alignment with overall objectives;Ensure proper resourcing and coordination across business units, contractors, professional services, and operations;Collaborate closely with Business Project Managers to manage key stakeholders, handle escalations, align expectations, and address conflicts and scope changes;Foster a collaborative and productive project environment among cross-functional teams;Manage scope adherence and control, including assessment and approval of all change requests and their impact on timeline and deliverables via the Project Steering Committee (PSC).;Prepare investment approval decks and facilitate project approvals with the Investment Board;Organize and chair governance meetings including Project Working Committees (PWC) and Steering Committees (PSC);Track and manage project risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring risk mitigation plans are in place and executed effectively;Ensure adherence to internal development methodologies and delivery standards, partnering with stakeholders to ensure quality artefacts are produced on time;Monitor, measure, and report project progress with consistency and accuracy to stakeholders at various levels of the organization;Implement project communication plans and oversee the preparation and delivery of project status reports;Work with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, ensuring full alignment with PDPA and PII protection mandates.Should you be interested in this career opportunity, please send in your updated resume to apply@sciente.com at the earliest.When you apply, you voluntarily consent to the disclosure, collection and use of your personal data for employment/recruitment and related purposes in accordance with the SCIENTE Group Privacy Policy, a copy of which is published at SCIENTE’s website (https://www.sciente.com/privacy-policy).Confidentiality is assured, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interviews.EA License: 07C563
