With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects, our client prides themselves on delivering outstanding results.This is a great opportunity for someone to work for a fantastic company, you will work collaboratively with the wider team where your contributions will be valued.The RoleDesign & Build Recruitment are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a social housing development in South Brisbane. The project is valued at $30M and is due to go on for around 18 months, with a strong pipeline of future projects they are searching for someone who is looking for longevity.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of commercial new build construction projects from initiation to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.About YouPrevious experience in managing commercial new build construction projects.Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.Is already living in QLD or has plans for immediate relocation.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Emily Godward on 0423 923 628 or click apply.
