The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, managing risk, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, engineering teams, designers, and QA to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to final deployment.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client objectives.Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and design.Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups).Manage resource allocation, priorities, and workload distribution.Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to clients and leadership teams in both English and Spanish.Ensure alignment between technical feasibility and business goals.Maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and timely delivery.Support estimation, budgeting, and post-launch review processes.Required Skills & Experience:5–8 years of experience managing web or software development projects.Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and project delivery frameworks.Strong command over project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).Excellent bilingual communication (Spanish and English) and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to translate technical discussions into business-friendly communication.Experience with SDLC and working closely with engineering and QA teams.Solid understanding of web technologies (React, Node.js, APIs, CMS platforms, etc.).Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, and documentation skills.
