The Business Academy is a critical component of our customer journey architecture, helping technicians transition from service providers to successful business owners.THE ROLEThis is a "get it done" position. You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. While the Program Manager focuses on strategy, financials, and KPIs, you focus on execution excellence. You gather data, organize systems, coordinate contractors, and ensure seamless delivery of every program component.Think of yourself as the conductor of an orchestra where the Program Manager wrote the music, but you ensure every musician plays their part at exactly the right time.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESProgram Operations & Execution (40%)Ensure all program milestones and deliverables are completed on scheduleCoordinate between sales, marketing, customer service, and coaching teamsWork closely with the hiring manager to find SMEs for the programManage day-to-day logistics for student onboarding and program deliveryTrack completion of all curriculum modules and student progressMaintain program documentation and standard operating procedures Coordinate scheduling for group coaching calls, workshops, and eventsData Collection & Reporting (25%)Gather and organize data for Program Manager's strategic analysisTrack student engagement metrics, completion rates, and satisfaction scoresMaintain databases of student information, contractor performance, and program assetsCreate regular status reports showing project progress against timelinesCompile feedback from students and coaches for program improvementMonitor key operational metrics (not financial KPIs - that's Program Manager territory)Quality Assurance & Process Management (20%)Ensure all program materials are delivered according to quality standardsConduct quality checks on curriculum content, coaching deliverables, and student communicationsIdentify operational bottlenecks and flag issues to Program ManagerMaintain consistency across all program touchpointsDocument processes and create checklists for recurring operational tasksContractor & Vendor Coordination (15%)Serve as day-to-day contact for external contractors (coaches, designers, developers)Ensure contractors deliver according to scope, timeline, and quality expectationsCoordinate handoffs between different contractors and team membersTrack contractor deliverables and flag any delays or issuesMaintain vendor relationships and ensure smooth collaborationIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEMust-Have Qualifications:3+ years of project management or operations experienceExceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsProficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Trello, or similar)Proficiency with remote communication management tools (Slack or similar) Proficiency within the Google Suite of products Proficiency with community and LMS tools (Circle or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience coordinating remote teams and external contractorsDetail-oriented with ability to maintain high standards under pressureComfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentsHighly Valued Experience:Background in educational program delivery or online course operationsExperience with learning management systems (TalentLMS, Circle, or similar platforms)Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighL​evel preferred) and marketing automationPrevious work in startup or venture studio environmentsUnderstanding of customer journey mapping and touchpoint optimizationExperience in home services, trades, or skilled labor industriesTechnical Competencies:Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)Project management software (ClickUp) Basic understanding of LMS platformsCommunication tools (Slack, Zoom)Data organization and reportingProcess documentation
