该职位来源于猎聘 What you will doGuide sample development cycles through all stages up to mass production together with the team and the suppliersPrepare project schedules and ensure projects meet the milestones and feature requirementsManage the scope change and baseline to keep balance of feature, schedule and costConduct regular team meetings establishing action items and due dates for activitiesSet up gate meetings and ensure timely decision making from stakeholdersDrive the communication and make escalation when necessary to secure attention and support QualificationsBachelor of Science in engineering/electrical engineering or related disciplinesMinimum of 5 years of project management experience in the audio consumer electronics industryWorking knowledge in latest audio product trends, including, Bluetooth, WiFi, DAB, HDMI, etc.Experience in managing suppliers and 3rd party development partnersGood communication and result-driven skillsEnjoying cross-cultural teamworkOrganization skills and attention to detailsAbility to work at a high number of projects in parallel, in a multi-disciplinary environment without losing orientationHigh level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and flexibilityProficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA)Language skills: Chinese and Fluent English both orally and written
