This role involves identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and monitoring project progress to drive sustainable change and achieve measurable results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and objectives.Process Analysis: Analyze existing workflows, systems, and processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Performance Metrics: Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and track progress towards improvement goals.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including department heads, managers, and subject matter experts, to gain insights, gather requirements, and drive consensus on improvement initiatives.Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and integration of process improvements across the organization.Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Utilize Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement efforts, applying appropriate tools and techniques to problem-solving and process optimization.Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate project updates, progress, and results to stakeholders and senior management.Best Practices Sharing: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to continuous improvement, incorporating relevant knowledge into project strategies.Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in project management or in a related fieldA university or college degree, an assetPMP certification, an assetAviation experience, an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project)Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesInternational travel may be requiredDemonstrates strong support of Corporate Values - Service, Excellence, Integrity, TogetherOccupational Health and Safety Responsibilities:You will have the following responsibilities in order to comply with the company's Occupational Health and Safety program:Employees are responsible for:Working in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety acts and regulationsFollowing safe work practices and procedures and using safeguards and personal protective equipmentReporting hazards (such as unsafe situations and activities) to their supervisor immediately.Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:Position requires Security Clearance relevant to the countryBy joining Top Aces, you will find:A work environment in which service, integrity, excellence and teamwork are highly valued;Opportunities for development and growth;Multidisciplinary and multicultural collaboration at a local and global level;A flexible schedule;Attractive benefit plan.Come share your passion with us!
