The ideal candidate will lead multiple cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery; ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role is suited for a proactive communicator and problem-solver with a solid technical foundation, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving results. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, technical experts, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal teams.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.Lead project kickoff sessions and ensure alignment of all stakeholders.Oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure progress aligns with goals and milestones.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring proactive issue resolution.Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) to track performance and report progress.Manage communication with stakeholders — providing timely updates, reports, and presentations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams, translating requirements effectively.Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges early.Ensure all project documentation, deliverables, and closure reports are completed accurately and on time.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience managing projects, preferably in IT, consulting, or technology-driven environments.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering within deadlines.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).Technical familiarity with software development, data analytics, cloud solutions, or enterprise systems.Excellent communication, client-handling, and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.Willingness to work in US business hours to coordinate directly with clients and teams.Key SkillsProject Planning & ExecutionRisk & Budget ManagementStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationLeadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationTechnical AcumenTime & Resource ManagementProficiency in Project Management ToolsWhat We OfferA collaborative and growth-focused work environment.Opportunity to manage international projects supporting US clients.Professional development and learning opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.Work location: Lahore (US time zone coverage).
