Job Responsibilities: -Project Planning & ExecutionDefine project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and maintain detailed project plans (schedule, budget, risk register, communication plan).Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodology.Stakeholder & Customer ManagementAct as the main point of contact for internal teams and customer stakeholders (plant managers, IT/OT leads).Conduct regular status updates, steering meetings, and demo sessions.Manage expectations, change requests, and escalations professionally and promptly.Team Coordination & LeadershipLead and motivate cross-functional project teams (Business Analysts, Engineers, QA, DevOps).Clarify roles, remove blockers, and foster collaboration especially between technical and non-technical members.Escalate resource or priority conflicts to Head of Service Delivery when needed.Quality & ComplianceEnsure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, SLAs, and documentation requirements.Drive UAT, sign-offs, and post-go-live support transition.Maintain compliance with internal processes and customer contractual obligations.Risk & Issue ManagementProactively identify, log, and mitigate project risks (technical, resource, timeline, scope).Escalate critical issues with recommended solutions to leadership.Reporting & DocumentationProvide weekly status reports including progress, risks, KPIs, and financials.Maintain updated project artifacts in Jira/SharePoint.Document lessons learned and contributed to process improvement.Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.5+ years managing technical implementation projects — preferably in IIoT, Industry 4.0, MES, or manufacturing software.Experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing deployments.ERP, CRM or SRM at least 2 cycles full implementation. Proficient in Jira, MS Project or similar tools.Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Added advantagePMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (CSM) certificationFamiliarity with OEE, MTTR, Lean, or Six SigmaExperience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS IoT), data pipelines, or shop-floor systems (PLC/SCADA)Able to travel to client site and be station at the client site for long period.Resilient, good team player and able to follow superior’s instructionsGood presentation and persuasive skills.Willing to travel at the client site
