Project Manager – Cadastral Decisions & Property Study ProjectsJob Purpose:To oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of cadastral decisions and property study projects, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with regulatory procedures, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives in safeguarding property rights and enhancing cadastral and regulatory efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement project timelines and execution plans.Supervise all project phases from initial study to final approval.Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams (surveyors, planners, legal reviewers).Coordinate with relevant authorities, including municipalities, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the Ministry of Justice, and the Real Estate Authority.Review and approve cadastral reports and final maps.Ensure compliance of cadastral decisions with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Real Property Ownership Law, Real Estate Registration System).Address and resolve any technical or legal discrepancies related to ownership or land boundaries.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:Surveying Engineering / GeomaticsUrban PlanningGeographic Information Systems (GIS)Experience:Minimum of 7 years of experience in cadastral or real estate project management.At least 3 years in managing projects related to property ownership or cadastral decisions.Strong knowledge of real estate regulatory frameworks and cadastral governance systems.
