Project Manager

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager . The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, coordinating expediting processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials, conducting inspections, and managing logistics to meet project goals effectively. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.QualificationsStrong skills in Project Management and leadership, including the ability to oversee and guide project teams effectively.Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting processes to ensure projects remain on schedule and resources are optimized.Experience in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain project standards.Expertise in Logistics Management to coordinate and oversee the smooth delivery of resources and materials.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Knowledge of construction or real estate industries is an advantage.Fluent in English for Both Written and Spoken.Experience in this field 5-10 yearsPlease submit your CV to : hr@aryaproperties.com
