ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to manage new industrial projects in compliance with Hutchinson’s internal control rules and IATF 16949 standards. Reporting directly to the Plant Director, the role involves coordinating with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Industrialization, and Quality departments to meet SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.Key responsibilities include:Managing customer relationships and ensuring project alignment with Hutchinson Excellence System (Visible Planning, OBEYA)Overseeing product design, validation, logistics, risk analysis, and quality planningLeading change management for product/process evolutionStandardizing project management tools and databases for Hutchinson VietnamOrganizing project reviews, reporting progress, and ensuring data accuracyPromoting safety culture and environmental compliancePreparing and passing internal and customer auditsQualifications3–7 years in project engineering/management within an industrial environmentDeep knowledge of IATF 16949 standards
