JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY/Mô tả công việc:The Factory Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing and managing key projects within the factory's operations including production efficiency improvements, facility expansion, and process optimization. The role involves coordinating cross functional teams to ensure successful project execution on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The PM ensures that operational goals align with business objectives and regulatory requirements in Vietnam and internationally.Qualifications/Trình độ chuyên môn : • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing, or industrial project management.• Proven experience managing large-scale projects in a manufacturing environment.• Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and Lean manufacturing principles.• With the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
