You understand the nuances of B2B onboarding and have product knowledge in similar business domains, enabling you to connect strategy with execution seamlessly.How You’ll Make an Impact:As Project Manager for our B2B Onboarding Team, you will be expected to:Lead and manage onboarding projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations with clarity and diplomacy.Support business growth by enabling scalable onboarding processes that meet current and future roadmap demands.Maintain exceptional organizational oversight across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and met.Stay composed under pressure, acting as a stabilizing force during high-stress situations and tight timelines.Communicate proactively and transparently, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.Drive operational excellence by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, improving workflows, and managing manageable overloads in daily operations.Apply your product knowledge to anticipate client needs and tailor onboarding experiences accordingly.Demonstrate a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and develop professionally.Who You Are:3+ years of experience in Project managementFluency in EnglishClient-facing experience (face-to-face or remote)Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Experience with Atlassian (Jira & Confluence)Experience with Monday (or equivalent Work Management Software)Systematic approach and focus on the end goalEffective planning, scheduling and time managementHighly organized, proactive and able to function in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer to Make You Smile:We’re not just about work, we’re about perks, too!
