Project Manager

Bagira is a leader in the field of training and simulation systems with a track record of delivering high-end, customized, cost-effective solutions for mission readiness. Bagira’s simulators are being used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 40 sites worldwide.Bagira is looking for a Project manager to join our programs team at Bagira.The Project Manager is responsible for the full life cycle of complex projects – from initial planning through execution to successful delivery.This role includes direct and ongoing interaction with the customer, as well as close collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as the technical lead, product managers, development teams, QA, procurement, contracts, and finance.The Project Manager will also interface with external subcontractors throughout the project.Success in this role requires excellent organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to drive alignment across teams and deliver results effectively.What will your job look like-Plan and manage project scope, timeline, milestones, and progress monitoring toolsLead risk identification and mitigation while ensuring execution meets quality, delivery, and budget targetsCoordinate with suppliers and subcontractors (procurement, delivery tracking, and contract execution)Monitor project budgets and support documentation efforts, including SOW and contract materialsIdentify and manage required human resources throughout the projectEnsure high levels of readiness and delivery qualityMaintain strong alignment with internal teams and external stakeholdersServe as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and satisfactionRequirements:At least 3 years of proven experience in project managementBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, system engineering or similar) – mandatoryHigh level of English – spoken and writtenStrong organizational skills and attention to detailsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectivelyAvailability and willingness for travel (approximately 40% of the role) is expected.Experience working in defense industry - advantage
