Our commitment to delivering high-quality software is matched by our dedication to ensuring that our users have the best possible experience with our products.We are looking for a talented Project Manager located in Tajikistan to support our expanding international operations.This role is exclusively open to Tajikistani citizens residing in Tajikistan and involves working remotely while collaborating closely with our Sri Lanka–based teams.Job ScopeThe Project Manager will oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and support the successful rollout of our ERP product suite.Key Responsibilities:Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.Assign and track project milestones by managing and accounting for unforeseen delays, and realigning schedules and expectations as needed.Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the IT software industry.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.A Master’s degree in Project Management or an MBA with a focus in IT/Operations will be added advantage.Professional certifications such as PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.Strong communication skills in English and Russian.Must be a citizen and current resident of Tajikistan, with the ability to work according to Sri Lankan business hours.We encourage applications from all qualified candidates who are interested in joining our team.
