Project Manager/Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Hawksman Technology is working with a leading global investment firm that is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst (VP/SVP level) for their Technology team in Singapore. This role will focus on driving a major ServiceNow implementation across HR and Corporate functions.Role: Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow)Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end analysis, planning, and delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across HR and Corporate Affairs.Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, map workflows, and translate needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.Re-engineer business processes to maximise ServiceNow capabilities and improve employee experience.Coordinate platform implementation with technology teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth integration and timely delivery.Develop and maintain project plans, manage milestones, and track risks, issues, and dependencies.Define and prioritise features for platform enhancements, maintaining a clear roadmap for ServiceNow modules.Conduct market and solution research to benchmark platform best practices and identify improvement opportunities.Oversee platform testing, UAT cycles, and release management.Produce comprehensive documentation including process flows, requirements, specifications, and training materials.Act as a platform champion, driving adoption and educating stakeholders on new features and capabilities.Requirements:10+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project management, or product ownership within enterprise environments.Strong hands-on experience working with ServiceNow—ideally HRSD, ITSM, or employee experience modules.Background supporting HR, Corporate Services, or Communications functions is highly advantageous.Proven ability to re-engineer processes, gather requirements, and deliver enterprise digital solutions.Experience working with software vendors, tech teams, and cross-functional business stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across senior business leaders.Familiarity with product management practices (roadmaps, feature prioritisation, performance tracking) is beneficial.For more information you can contact Jacob Saurin on jacob.saurin@hawksmantechnology.comWe regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified / contacted.EA Registration No.: R1985138 – Saurin Jacob MarkHawksman Group Pte.
