With innovation at the heart of our mission, we are also developing AI-powered tools to transform ADHD care delivery.💫What we are looking for?We are seeking a Project Manager to join our global team. Based in London, you will be responsible for leading software development projects that serve patients across the UK. This role requires close collaboration with our UK-based leadership and product teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Working in a healthcare technology environment, where data security, patient experience, and regulatory compliance are critical, you will play a central role in aligning development teams, managing stakeholders, and driving the successful delivery of our patient portal, mobile apps, and future AI-driven innovations.Key Responsibilities😎What You’ll Be Doing:Project Delivery & Planning Define, plan, and manage technology projects across web, mobile, and backend development. Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with UK-based leadership. Ensure projects meet both technical requirements and healthcare compliance standards. Cross-Border CollaborationWork closely with UK stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across time zones.Act as the bridge between Bangalore-based development teams and UK product/leadership teams. Facilitate daily/weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.Quality, Risk & Compliance ManagementMonitor project risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating where necessary.Ensure testing and QA processes are embedded into delivery, safeguarding data security and patient experience. Maintain documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders and compliance purposes.Agile & Continuous ImprovementDrive Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) within the development team.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.Track and report on KPIs, delivery metrics, and project health to UK leadership.🚀To Thrive In This Role You’ll NeedProven experience as a Project Manager in software development (4–8 years).Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.Experience managing mobile (Flutter), frontend (React), and backend (Node.js) projects is desirable.Ability to coordinate across distributed teams and international stakeholders.Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and quality management in a healthcare or regulated industry setting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.🙏🏻What You Can Expect From UsCompetitive salaryWork Hybrid/remote, with office days based in our beautiful and modern Canary Wharf office.30 days holiday (includes UK public holidays)Team get-togethersA paid day off on your birthdayOffice equipment when you joinPension contributionBe part of one of the UK’s most ambitious HealthTech start-upsOpportunity to work on healthcare technology projects that directly impact patient wellbeing.
