In this role, you’ll dive deep to identify improvement opportunities in a variety of business functions. You’ll be responsible for bringing together cross-functional teams to identify deliverables, timeline, resource needs, issues/risks and see the project through to completion. This role will be working closely with a range of stakeholders including clinical and operations, broader AHS teams, finance, legal, and product.We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager with demonstrated ability to dive deep, identify key deliverables, earn trust with stakeholders and drive projects to completion, always insisting on the highest standards.Key job responsibilitiesCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels and functions (e.g. Operations, Clinical, Product, Data Analytics, IT, Finance, others) to drive project execution directly impacting customer experience, team member experience, and achieve business performance objectives like quality, cost, and satisfaction.Communications: Keeping all stakeholders and leaders informed of progress including quickly escalating risks and issues.Project Planning: Above average proficiency developing robust project plans with milestones, key dependencies, timelines, and stakeholdersBasic Qualifications 3+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedulesAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies. The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $74,200/year up to $129,800/year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
