This role requires strong communication skills, especially in English, as you will work with both local and international stakeholders on software and technology-related projects.ResponsibilitiesEstimate, plan, direct, and monitor projects to ensure quality, cost, scope, and timeline are on track.Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate control techniques.Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.Support resource planning and risk management for project teams.Organize and lead stakeholder meetings; ensure smooth and clear communication.Guide team members on tasks and deliverables; review output quality and integration.Provide performance feedback to functional managers.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Manage essential project documentation: plans, budget, schedule, scope.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication, both internally and with clients.Solid technical understanding, especially in software and web technologies.RequirementsMust have Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.Sector: Proven experience in Banking, Finance, or FinTech.Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.Certification: PMP certification is required.Language: Proficient English (verbal and written).Core Skills: Strong negotiation, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.Nice to have Aptitude: Strong problem-solving abilities; result-oriented and detail-focused.Other Certs: Additional relevant professional certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, ITIL).Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional or international teams.BenefitsCompetitive salary13th-month salary bonus based on company performance.Holiday and Tet bonuses.Annual health check-up.Laptop provided upon official employment.12 paid leave days per year.Public holidays according to Vietnamese law.Clear career growth opportunities.Annual company trip and regular team-building events.
