Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Oversee resource allocation, monitor progress, and implement adjustments to maintain project performance.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment with client and contractual requirements.Provide technical oversight of engineering designs, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory standards.Guide clients through authority submission processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Manage project communication, reporting, and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.Lead coordination across multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and consultants to achieve project goals.Ensure adherence to financial policies, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.At least 10 years of relevant project management experience within a consultancy, including leadership of multidisciplinary infrastructure or large-scale coastal engineering projects.Strong technical foundation in civil engineering and project management principles, tools, and best practices.Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, direct, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.Proficiency in project management software/tools and financial reporting systems.
