Your companyRecognized Construction Company, offices Miami, projects all over South Florida. Specialized in High End Commercial, Luxury Interiors, Mixed Use, Mid Rises, Retail, Class A - Offices, Ground Up & Renovations, projects over 30M. ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Project ExecutiveServe as the primary client representative, leading the entire project lifecycle and ensuring successful delivery across all phases of construction.Act as the client’s main point of contact, managing expectations and fostering trust throughout the process.Oversee contracts, budgets, schedules, and quality standards from planning through completion.Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors, design teams, and all project stakeholders.Review and evaluate documentation related to planning, site investigations, design, construction, and contract administration.Manage RFIs, change orders, and other critical project documentation.Attend project meetings, document minutes, and track issues for timely resolution.Drive process improvements in RFI workflows, change management, and scheduling.Lead and mentor project teams to ensure alignment and performance.QualificationsB.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.10-20 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a General Contractor in Commercial, Retail, Restaurant, Mixed-Use, High-End construction projects over 50M.To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.Organized, time management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a package of up to $120,000 - 150,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to felipe.ruiz@hays.com, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
