Project Manager – Construction (Concrete Structures)

Location: UAEExperience: Minimum 8 years above (preferably with UAE experience)Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in concrete structure projects, infrastructure and buildings works. The ideal candidate will manage all project phases — from planning to handover — ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance as per UAE standards.Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and execute construction projects focused on reinforced concrete structures.Supervise site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and progress.Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project goals.Monitor performance, prepare reports, and handle project risks and variations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.Minimum 8 years’ construction experience, with strong UAE project experience.Proven expertise in concrete structural works.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience in Project Planning is a plus. PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
