Project Manager

Company:ConsutlANZ is looking for a Project Manager for $30M Road project in Brisbane.Project ManagerBrisbaneTMR project Main Duties: Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.Oversee site delivery teams to ensure safety, quality, and performance targets are met.Prepare and manage change management, variations, and claims.Conduct cost reporting, forecasting, and EOM reporting.Manage progress claims and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.Liaise with TMR representatives, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.Lead and mentor project engineers and site teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.More than 10years experience delivering TMR or road pavement projects in Queensland.Strong commercial understanding and experience with Change / Variation / Claim Management, Cost Reporting & Forecasting, Contractual and EOM Reporting, Progress ClaimsExcellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
