Project Manager (Core Banking)

🔎Loc: Tendean, South Jakarta🔎Arrangement: Full WFO🔎Employment: Contract (12 month)Project Planning and Execution:- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.- Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.Stakeholder and Communication Management:- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams (development, QA), business analysts, and business stakeholders.- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing transparent reporting on progress, risks, and issues.Risk and Issue Management:- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation and contingency plans as needed.- Track and resolve dependencies between different workstreams and third-party vendors.Team and Resource Management:- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, providing direction and support to the project team.- Monitor and manage the performance of the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.Experience:- Min. 1+ years of direct project management experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.- Demonstrable experience managing core banking system implementation or enhancement projects is required.- Experience with the Temenos platform is a significant advantage (mandatory).Skills and Knowledge- Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and best practices.- Core Banking Domain: A solid understanding of core banking modules and processes (e.g., Customer, Accounts, Deposits, Lending, Payments).- Tools: Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.- Financial Acumen: Experience with project budget management and financial reporting.- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify roadblocks and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
