While also creating an impact by supporting small sellers and micro-entrepreneurs across the nation. What Will You Do:Designing and developing warehouse layouts, processes, and capacity planning to support business needs.Creating end-to-end operational process flows, cost models, and pricing proposals tailored to customer requirements.Managing solution design deliverables, project documentation, and technical proposals.Presenting customized business solutions to internal and external stakeholders.Developing and maintaining standardized rate cards for warehouse and fulfillment operations.Conducting warehouse profitability and productivity analysis to provide actionable insights to management.Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and service quality.Building a repository of solution design references and best practices for future projects.What Are The Requirement:Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.Minimum 3–6 years of experience in warehouse design, process improvement, or supply chain solution development (experience in 3PL, logistics, or fulfillment company preferred).Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including layout design, process flow, storage systems, and productivity analysis.Proven ability to develop operational cost models, rate cards, and business proposals.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (experience in AutoCAD or warehouse simulation tools is an advantage).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Effective communication and presentation abilities, capable of working with cross-functional teams and clients.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
