You’ll oversee Design Build, Construction Management, and Lump Sum projects, with direct support from the Field Operations Manager and Construction Manager to ensure your success.What You’ll Do:Lead field operations for special projects valued between $5 million and $10 million.Supervise field crews and trade contractors while managing relationships with clients, inspectors, consultants, and engineers to meet project goals.Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure excellence.Support contract administration and uphold safety and regulatory compliance.Proactively identify risks and champion best practices and continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For:5 to 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a strong understanding of field operations.Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget.Prior experience as a foreman or site supervisor, with a trade background in carpentry highly desired.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.Solid understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling tools.Proficiency in scheduling software.Willingness to commute between the Bonnyville office and project sites around Lac La Biche and Mallaig.To apply for this job, click on "Easy Apply" at the top of this ad, or send your resume to aogidan@na.drakeintl.com.
