Position OverviewECI Software Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects that support our industry-specific SaaS and ERP solutions. The Project Manager will work closely with product, engineering, customer success, and operations teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and of high quality. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Project Planning & ExecutionDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring tasks and deliverables are clearly defined.Manage day-to-day execution of project activities to ensure successful delivery.Review and interpret Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts to ensure project deliverables align with client agreements and expectations.Track deliverables for projects and ensure proper communication and expectations are relayed to customers.Translate customer needs and account insights into actionable project plans that align with business objectives.Team CollaborationFacilitate coordination among cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, QA, and customer-facing groups.Support teams in removing roadblocks and ensuring alignment to project goals.Gain knowledge of the products you support/implement to strategically position sales opportunities.Leverage experience to anticipate client needs and proactively address potential project challenges.Monitoring & ReportingTrack project progress, identify variances, and adjust plans as necessary.Provide regular project status updates, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.Maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.Tap into client relationship experience to enhance communication with stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly managed.Apply insights from customer interactions to improve project workflows and processes.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.Resolve issues quickly to minimize impact on project schedules and deliverables.Communicate promptly with customers when risks or challenges arise, gain experience and maintain trust and confidence with customers.Process ImprovementApply project management best practices and frameworks to improve delivery consistency.Support adoption of agile methodologies where appropriate.Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback from both internal teams and customers.Qualifications3–5 years of project management/client facing experience, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software environments.Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.Experience with project management tools (Asana).PMP, CAPM, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
