Project Manager – EMEA Events & Logistics (Software Sales)

IntroductionWe’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the EMEA HashiCorp business through the integration into IBM. This role will drive end-to-end project management, support regional execution plans, and manage logistics for strategic events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a strong track record of managing complex event programs across multiple countries. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and external partners to ensure exceptional event experiences that deliver measurable business impact.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesSupport EMEA event planning & execution – including third-party tradeshows,proprietary field events, executive dinners, roundtables, and roadshows.Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables – ensuring all events are executed on time.Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to align event strategy with go-to-market objectives, account priorities, and pipeline acceleration goals.Project manage integration activities to support the EMEA leadership team through the growth objectives into 2026 and beyond.Ad hoc activities to support the EMEA LT including planning, logistics and other ad hoc activities as required.Preferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional Expertise4+ years of project or event management experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or software sales environments.Proven success delivering high-quality events across multiple EMEA markets.Strong understanding of sales objectives and the role of events in pipeline generation.Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-moving global organization.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceFamiliarity with IBM and HashiCorp Products and Services.
