Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams and major manufacturing clients, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining world-class quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full project lifecycle from scope definition and planning to delivery and handover.Lead cross-disciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.About You:Proven experience in automation, systems integration, or special-purpose machinery.Strong technical understanding of factory automation, robotics, or controls systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Organised, proactive, and commercially aware.Engineering qualification (mechanical, electrical, or controls) preferred.What’s on Offer:Attractive base salary with a performance-based bonus.Opportunity to work on industry-leading automation projects.Career progression within a growing, forward-thinking organisation.Supportive and collaborative company culture.
