Over 4 years, Fetch has built a good reputation and is trusted by many Vietnamese and foreign companies; And Fetch will continue its good work to bridge the divide between the World and the Vietnam Tech sector.b.    About Client:Our client has stood at the forefront of nurturing developer relationships and spearheading marketing efforts, ensuring tech products reach developers globally.Providing comprehensive support in developer relations and marketing for corporations, government bodies, and nonprofits, we've partnered with over 250 esteemed entities such as Meta, Google, Mastercard, Intel, Nvidia, IBM, Circle, Polkadot, among others.With a network exceeding 300,000 developers, our client has pioneered the organization of hackathons, online contests, acceleration initiatives, gatherings, and marketing strategies for developers in more than 100 cities worldwide.RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. • Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution, including risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution. • Communicate project progress, milestones, and potential risks effectively to stakeholders and senior management. • Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to align expectations, requirements, and deliverables. • Apply Agile methodologies to optimize workflows and improve team productivity. • Support and guide project teams to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient execution. • Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle. • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in project management and technology.REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in Project Management or Assistant Project Management roles. • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear and organized project documentation. • Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities.• Experience working with web or mobile products; experience in the blockchain or crypto domain is a plus. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.WHY YOU‘LL LOVE WORKING HEREAs a Project Manager at Fetch Technology, you will enjoy a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative working environment: • MacBook or high-end laptop provided for work. • Competitive salary with annual performance reviews. • Opportunity to work in a professional, international environment with both Vietnamese and global teams. • Extensive on-the-job training and exposure to emerging technologies. • 12 days of annual leave per year. • 13th-month salary. • A vibrant company culture with activities such as: • Free snacks and refreshments • Weekly and monthly team-building events • Company trips and outings • Game activities (PlayStation, board games) • Sports activities (football, badminton, and more)WORKING HOURS & LOCATIONWorking hours: From 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday.Location: 13th Floor, TTC Building - No.19, Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
