Project Manager - Fiji

Are you ready to lead large-scale civil and surfacing projects in a dynamic environment?We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our asphalt plant operations, sealing and asphalt paving teams, and deliver high-impact infrastructure projects across Fiji. Based in picturesque Western Fiji, this full-time permanent role offers an excellent career opportunity! Applicants must reside in Fiji or be willing to relocate. What you’ll be doing:

Lead the planning and delivery of major surfacing, civil and maintenance projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safetyManage asphalt production and plant operations, optimising supply and performanceCoordinate labour, plant, and materials, prioritising internal resources to drive operational excellence in our sealing and asphalt surfacing teamsBuild strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project executionDrive financial performance, risk management, and commercial success across all projectsChampion safety and environmental best practices, embedding a proactive safety cultureMentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering capability and succession across all levelsWhat you’ll bring:

10+ years in roading or civil engineering, with 5+ years in a senior project management roleDegree in Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementProven experience in sealing, asphalt operations and surfacing methodologiesStrong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skillsAdvanced project management software proficiencyExperience working in Fiji or Pacific Island nations is highly desirable.
