该职位来源于猎聘 > KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Manage all control and rework for automotive suppliers.  Manage critical quality problem at OEMs, lead team to set up on-line support at OEMs.  Manage and coordinate international project within group.  Supervising the Performance of the engineers in the team, recruiting, inducting, coaching, and managing the engineers.  Project and Employee assignment planning and follow up.  Assist customer to draft control plan and implement for PPAP parts.  For supplier`s critical quality problem, help and supervise root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action and verification of effectiveness.  Manage customer service project for OEMs and tire 1 suppliers.  Audit and evaluate supplier process quality capability for new project and corrective action follow up.  8D report and follow up. > EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:  More than 6 years working experience in automotive industry, and good knowledge on quality control with at least 1 year management experience.  Good written and verbal English skill.  Lead team(engineers, supervisors and inspectors), flexible manpower arrangement based on project situation.  Weekly projects overview.  Customer complain management.  Strong communication skill.  Experienced skill on Excel, Powerpoint report.  Hard work, can travel frequently and ready for urgently business travel.
