ResponsibilitiesHave more than 4 years' experience to work as project manager, better to delivered WL/MW/IP/WDM/FTTX/Datacenter project successfullyhave successful communication experience with customer and supplier director and abovemanage project team of 2 - 5 people, including project technical director, implementation manager, project control manager and on-site engineeringcan speaking English good, can work in Senegal QualificationsSeveral years of experience in project management or a related field.Experience in leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.Required SkillsAbility to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and manage team dynamics.Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and clients.Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
