The dedicated refit division specialises in high-quality refits, rebuilds and upgrades of vessels that belong to the absolute top of the global superyacht market.To strengthen the Interior & Exterior team, we are looking for an experienced:Project Manager Production – Interior & Exterior RefitYour RoleAs Project Manager Production for Interior and Exterior works, you will oversee the complete production process within your discipline(s). You ensure that all interior and exterior activities are expertly planned, executed within budget, and delivered to the exceptionally high standards expected in the superyacht industry.You will work closely with the project manager, engineering, work preparation, procurement and your production colleagues. You act as the central link who keeps oversight, sets priorities, and ensures that planning, budget and quality remain perfectly aligned.You coach craftsmen and subcontractors, monitor progress, and make clear decisions regarding capacity, outsourcing and technical solutions. You thrive in complex refit projects, enjoy getting the best out of skilled professionals and stand for quality at the highest level.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and monitor all interior and exterior production activities.Identify and correct issues or potential errors arising during the production phase.Create and manage capacity and workflow planning.Provide clear and timely direction to craftsmen and subcontractors.Decide, in consultation with the project manager, when activities should be outsourced.Safeguard safety, cleanliness and quality on board and in the workshop.Detect bottlenecks and resolve them quickly and pragmatically.Oversee the technical aspects of wood and veneer procurement.Provide technical guidance and instructions to craftsmen and external specialists.Who Are You?You have an MBO-4 level background (or equivalent) with experience in high-end interior, furniture or yachtbuilding projects.You excel in planning, organising and managing workflows.You have strong (carpentry) technical insight and problem-solving skills.You are quality-driven and able to give clear direction to teams and partners.You communicate effectively and bring structure to a dynamic environment.You have a strong passion for premium craftsmanship and enjoy working with a skilled team to deliver exceptional results every day.
