Your missionWe are seeking a talented, detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our team at Ireckonu! As a Project Manager, you will be the key person behind all our projects to help us maintain high-quality connections with our clients. From leading the planning, execution, to the delivery across cross-functional teams, you will be owner of every aspect of our projects. You will make sure that our business goals are aligned with technical implementations, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and customers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.Your Main Responsibilities Will BeTranslate defined projects scope into clear goals, while maintaining clarity and aligning resourcesMaintain an updated project roadmapCoordinate and monitor the execution to ensure progress aligns with plans and timelinesServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and keep teams aligned, while providing regular updates and status reportsManage scope changes, assess impact on timelines, and provide clear communication of adjustmentsProactively identify potential risks and come up with mitigation strategiesCollaborate with developers to ensure deliverables meet established quality standardsCoordinate with developers and Product/CSM teams to ensure test-cases are well-defined and validatedFacilitate refinement sessions to ensure clarity of requirementsRefine backlog items and define detailed acceptance criteria with the teamMaintain accurate and comprehensive project documentationSupport continuous process improvement initiativesYour profile3+ years of hands-on experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in the hospitality tech industryPrevious experience working in a startup/scaleup environment or having a scaleup mindset is a strong plusStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements, while being willing to improve processesPrevious experience working in a product company or having a product mindset is a plusExcellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teamsGreat at collaboration, organization and stakeholder managementResilient, proactive and adaptable, with a detail-oriented approachAbout UsSince 2014, Ireckonu has raised the bar in the hospitality tech industry, with many of our solutions becoming industry standards.
