KPay secures a record USD55 million in 2024, marking the largest series A fundraise globally in the payments sector of the year.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and drive end-to-end projects leading to product launchConduct market research, needs analysis, and competitive research for project planning and requirement definitionCoordinate and negotiate with internal teams (development, operations, business) and external partners (brands, vendors, acquirers)Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issuesOversee quality control, testing plans, and release planning/executionConduct post-launch reviews and propose improvement measuresRequirements3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product ManagerExperience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ peopleExperience in projects related to financial services, payments, e-commerce, or POS system development/implementationStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsKnowledge and practical experience in risk management, quality assurance, and project trackingBusiness-level Japanese (document writing, meeting facilitation) and working-level English or Chinese communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience launching new productsHands-on experience with payment brands (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, etc.) or acquirersKnowledge of system design and architectureExperience with B2B customer engagement and solution proposalsEmployment type：Full-time employeeProbation period: 3 months (no change in wages or conditions)Working Hours:9:30 AM to 6:30 PM(Core working hours are from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexible start and end times.)※ Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidaysSalary details：Wages will be determined based on experience and ability.*Salary includes deemed overtime pay.Benefits and Welfare:Health insurance, employee pension insurance, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurancePaid vacation days, along with sick leave, summer vacation, New Year vacation, and special leaveCommuting allowance
