Project ManagerLocation Address: 44 King Street W 7th Floor, Toronto – if in GTA, expected to come in to office a few times a week, though they are open candidates located anywhere in CanadaSubject to change: 3–4 days onsite may be required based on business needsContract Duration: ASAP to 03/31/2026 / 4 monthsGood possibility of extension for a 1-year total contract (pending additional funding to become available Typical Day in Role:• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.• Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.• Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.• Facilitate meetings and ensure continuous improvement.• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI for tracking and reporting. Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:1) 3–5 years of experience managing business-driven technology projects in banking or financial services in an Agile environment.2) Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders across regions.3) Strong command of project management methodologies (Scrum, PMI).4) Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI.5) Proven track record in digital transformation and strategic initiatives. Nice-To-Have Skills:1) Experience working in regional or multi-country project environments.2) Familiarity with core banking systems or digital channels (e.g., mobile/web banking).3) PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.4)Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) demonstrating agile delivery experience.
