Project Manager (Mid-Level)Client: LATAM PartnersLocation: Guadalajara, Jalisco (on-site)Role OverviewLATAM Partners is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to join our team in Guadalajara and support a U.S.-based company in California. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 3 years of experience in project management, who is organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator. While experience in IT is a plus, it is not mandatory. A PMO certification is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage projects from initiation through delivery. Maintain clear project documentation and schedules. Facilitate team communication, ensuring milestones are met. Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across regions. Support reporting and documentation needs for clients and leadership.Desired Profile3+ years of project management experience. PMO certification preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM). Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Proactive mindset with ownership mentality. IT project experience is a plus, but not required.Soft SkillsAgile and flexible mindset. Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
