Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation and delivery of organisational change and capability initiatives. This role will focus on coordinating key activities across multiple stakeholders, managing project plans and data tracking, and supporting the rollout of people, capability, and learning programs.The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional with strong stakeholder engagement, Excel reporting, and hands-on delivery skills.Contract SummaryRate: $900 – $1,100 per day + SuperContract Length: 1 December 2025 – 30 April 2026 (potential for extension)Work Model: HybridLocation: Macquarie ParkResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate project implementation activities in collaboration with key business stakeholdersDevelop, track, and update project plans and status reports using Excel and JiraWork closely with directors and partners to monitor progress, risks, and issues across multiple work streamsSupport the rollout of capability, learning, and development initiatives, including scheduling and logisticsManage meeting actions, project documentation, and stakeholder communicationProvide updates and insights to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability across activitiesTrack milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure program objectives are achievedContribute to the stand-up and operational readiness of people and business functionsEnsure effective coordination and governance across project activities and deliverablesSkills & ExperienceProven experience as a Project Manager or Implementation Lead in large or complex organisationsStrong delivery and coordination background, ideally supporting change or capability programsHigh proficiency in Excel for project tracking, reporting, and manual data analysisExperience using Jira for task management and project progress trackingExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships across all levelsHighly organised and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and reporting capabilityDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a hybrid work environmentUnderstanding of learning and development (L&D) programs, training logistics, and capability uplift initiatives (advantageous)Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
