You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, performance, policy, and HR compliance — driving initiatives that enhance culture, capability and operational excellence.You will be both strategic and hands-on, ensuring our people experience is consistent, compliant and aligned with Brink’s global standards.What You’ll DoPartner with managers on workforce planning and organisational needsLead and coordinate full recruitment cycles, onboarding and inductionOversee payroll process and support payroll officer for fortnightly and monthly payroll processingBuild trusted relationships with leaders and employees across the businessManage ER/LR matters and guide managers through resolutionEnsure compliance with local laws and HR policiesMaintain accurate HRIS data and employment documentationSupport global and local HR projects focused on continuous improvementDevelop, update and implement HR policies and processesAnalyse HR data to identify trends and recommend solutionsContribute to a strong culture of engagement, communication and high performanceWhat You BringHR experience (HR Business Partnering highly regarded)Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate within a matrix structureHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsComfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of HR processes, compliance, and HR systemsProactive, collaborative and committed to positive cultureReady to make an impact?If you're seeking a role where you can genuinely shape people outcomes and support a respected global organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
