Project Manager – Property & Retail DevelopmentShape the future of retail at Lorna JaneAs one of our Project Managers steps into a new opportunity within the business, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Property & Retail Development team.In this role, you will lead the delivery of retail development projects across Lorna Jane’s physical store network—including new store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and closures. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with our brand’s elevated design standards.Based at our Lorna Jane HQ in Eagle Farm this is a FT permanent role. About the RoleAs a key member of the Property & Retail Development team, you will:Manage end-to-end project delivery across our store networkOversee project timelines, site readiness, budget control, and contractor coordinationEnsure stores are delivered to Lorna Jane’s high brand and operational standardsMinimise disruption to trading and ensure a seamless transition to "ready for trade"Build strong relationships with landlords, suppliers, consultants and key internal stakeholdersWhat You’ll BringExperience in project management ideally within a retail environmentProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locationsStrong understanding of architectural drawings, retail fitouts, site works, and compliance requirementsA collaborative, an agile solutions-focused approach with strong communication skillsHigh attention to detail and a passion for quality executionThe ability to work independently while contributing to a dynamic, high-performing teamAble to travel interstate for key project milestones for short durations.Why Join Lorna JaneAt Lorna Jane, we don’t just build stores—we create spaces that empower women to live their best active lives.
