You will be supported by an excellent site-based CA and the Construction Manager (also a Grade A leader) visits regularly from the office in Rockhampton. Your new role Due to growth, a Site Supervisor is required to join them on a project north of Rockhampton. You will take the lead role for this project on site, supported by a site-based Contract Administrator. This is an affordable housing project with some variety to the works, with at least 4 months left to go.This is a 5 day a week role, ensuring works are completed on time to the required specs, following a methodology and program. It's also important you maintain a safe, clean site and drive the subbies to meet construction deadlines. There will be further local projects after this, so there could be a permanent role if preferred. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you must be locally based with experience as a Site Supervisor on similar projects, preferably with a QBCC Site Supervisors Licence (low rise is fine). A trade background as a carpenter, with the ability to work hands on if needed, would be advantageous. Candidates with experience in delivering Commercial and/or Multi-Res projects are preferred.
