POSITION SUMMARY:The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing mid-to-large initiatives from planning through execution. This role requires demonstrated experience coordinating cross functional projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with a strong understanding of logistics or supply chain operations. This position demands a structured yet flexible approach, balancing discipline with adaptability in dynamic environments. The Project Coordinator works closely with business, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment, support risk mitigation, and contribute to the delivery of measurable outcomes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead end-to-end project delivery activities for mid-to-large scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational timelines.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budget, and resource forecasts.Facilitate project and Steering, committee meetings, communicate progress, and escalate issues when necessary.Identify and coordinate dependencies, risks, and issues through proactive mitigation.Partner with business and IT teams to translate logistics and operational requirements into actionable deliverables.Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.Develop processes where applicable, maintain project documentation, RAID logs, document repository (SharePoint), meeting agendas and minutes and status reporting.Contribute to Project Management Office process improvements, standards, and templates.Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and building out project dashboards that roll up to portfolio management.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSAdvanced English – C1.Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.Previous hands-on experience coordinating, managing, and supporting project delivery, preferably in service supply chain logistics or related industries.Experience coordinating cross-functional or enterprise-level projects, supporting execution across multiple teams.Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies, with the ability to support hybrid project environments when appropriate.PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.Demonstrated commitment to supporting project execution, team collaboration, and delivery excellence.High proficiency in project management tools (i.e., Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, MS Project).PREFERRED ATRIBUTESExperience managing logis cs system integra ons or ERP-related projects (i.e., Business Central, SAP, or Oracle).Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments with shi ing priorities.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus.
