Project Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in digital and software projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for global clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. This role requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and a client-first mindset. The Project Manager is responsible for understanding clients' requirements, designing innovative solutions, and developing these into robust project plans and schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningTranslate client requirements into executable project plans and schedules.Define scope, deliverables, and success metrics for each engagement.Contribute to proposal development and scoping with account teams.Execution & DeliveryLead end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams.Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Provide regular status updates and report to stakeholders.Collaboration & LeadershipFacilitate communication across internal teams of designers, developers, writers, and researchers.Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering strategic guidance and technical insight.Champion process improvements and best practices across projects.Take personal accountability for project results.Qualifications & Skills·      4-6 years of project management experience in a digital agency or tech environment.·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science - related field. Master's degree preferred.·      Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.·      Experience with tools like WordPress, Azure DevOps, Teams, PowerBI, and Visio.·      Exceptional communication and organizational skills.·      PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.·      Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Salary and Benefits ·      $75k - $85k per year·      Medical·      Dental·      Vision·      401K Participation·      PTO
