In this role, you will take ownership of complex projects, guiding them from concept to delivery while collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners. You will play a key role in shaping successful outcomes for our clients, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strong stakeholder relationships. If you are motivated by responsibility, thrive in a client-oriented environment, and enjoy making a tangible impact, this is an excellent opportunity to grow and contribute in a fast-evolving industry.🎯 Your Responsibilities:As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:Leading projects end-to-end — from requirements definition through deployment — including scheduling, scope definition, budget estimation, implementation planning, and risk management.Coordinating both internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Monitoring project progress, proactively identifying challenges, and adjusting scope, schedule, or budget as needed to meet objectives.Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact for project updates and changes.Acting with a client-first mindset in all interactions.🕵️ What We're Looking For:Experience: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in project and process management; prior exposure to the automotive industry is a strong advantage.Languages: Fluent English & French (Interview will be conducted in English)Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsTechnical Skills: Solid understanding of project management methodologies; proficient in spreadsheet tools and project management software.Interpersonal Skills: Strong client-facing abilities, with excellent organizational and analytical strengths. Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and continuous improvement through reflection and refinement.🤝 Our Recruitment Process:15-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.Meet with Line Manager 1 and 2.
