You plan, direct and coordinate the project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. Your primary objectives is customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.Reponsibilities:You are accountable for the project scope, schedule and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectivesYou are accountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the projectYou ensure integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE supply teamsYou ensure that project status and progress is effectively communicated to KONE management and to customerYou are responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning and potential recovery actionsYou are accountable for the project’s financial planning and forecastingYou are responsible for actively driving the Sales-to-Operations handover, accountable for handovers to Customer and Field Team Leaders as well as project closing activitiesYou plan and ensure sufficient project resourcing and competencesYou create and maintain safety and security awareness amongst employees and subcontractors in the project. You ensure KONE's and Customer’s safety and security policies are followedWho are you?You have several years’ experience in Project Management, preferably in construction or electro mechanical sectorYou hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or another relevant fieldYou have a strong customer orientation and you are able to adapt/respond to different types of charactersYou have excellent communication and organization skillsYou are fluent in Dutch, English and French.What you get in return:At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
