Job Description

Provide professional consultation to clients for both E-commerce and non E-commerce web development projects.Conduct meetings with client, and internal team members, to gather and propose insightful ideas that meet the overall clients objective in developing a website that represents their brand and business.Act as the main point-of-contact between clients and internal technical team (web designers & web developers) to meet clients requirements.Maintain a Website task list and make sure its items are accomplished in a timely manner.Communicate with Project Head of Department, Development Teams and other Department on a regular basis, ensuring tasks are prioritized, organized and scheduled.Responsible for providing timely updates on status and progress of all web projects.Ensure effective implementation of Agile methodologies.Utilize Agile tools to track and manage project progress.Train and mentor team members on Agile methodologies.Ensure compliance with Agile processes and best practices.Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.Identify and address any impediments that impact team performance.Facilitate team meetings.Produce and analyze project metrics to identify areas for improvement.Ensure that the envisioned ROI is realised in the project development and rollout process. This includes, but not limited to, analyzing new tools and resources in order to streamline processes, OKR / KPI management and support.Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff.Prepare and present project progress reports, including project status updates, risks, issues, and recommendations to senior management and project stakeholders.5 years of working experience in project management and Agile methodologies.A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 5 years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in web/product development environments with multi-function teams.Experience in analyzing KPIs using analytics tools, and taking corrective actions to ensure the product meets targets and forecasts.Capable of understanding product strategy and roadmaps to execute the project with the team.Able to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical staff.Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.Demonstrate good stakeholder management skills at all levels of seniority within thebusiness.Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view.Self-motivated; ability to accomplish tasks with minimal instruction.
