Project Manager (Construction Fit-out/Refurbishment)£50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Bonus Scheme +Additional Company Benefits You can be based anywhere in the UK as the role will require travel toclient sites across the UK Do you come from a construction project management background, ideally withexperience in commercial fit-out related projects and are looking for anautonomous role within an ambitious and forward-thinking company. In this role you will project manage a range of commercial fit-out projectswithin a growing company who are passionate about continued employeeinvestment.The company are a specialist in their industry and work with blue chipclients across the UK on a range of refurbishment/fit out projects primarilyfor clients across industries like hotels, student accommodation, officesand more. This role would suit an experienced project manager ideally with somerefurbishment/fit-out projects experience looking for a long-term permanentposition. The Role: * Project managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects fromconcept to completion to ensure they are completed both within budget andtime. * Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Leadteams, H&S, Compliance, budgets, people management, operations, continuousimprovement and much more. * Working on projects across the UK so you will be required to traveland stay away * Working on projects for a range of commercial clients across the UK* Occasional travel to company offices in either; Bristol, MiltonKeynes, County Durham or Essex. * Long-term permanent position The Person: * Previous experience in a similar level role * Construction management background * Any experience in fit-out/refurbishments will be consideredbeneficial * Happy to travel and stay as required * Driving license * Looking for a long term permanent position
