Job Description

Project ManagerPFH Technology are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. Role Overview:As a Project Manager you will manage the process of planning, coordinating and delegating responsibilities for completing the Programme’s specified IT objectives. This may include software development, hardware installation or upgrades, network upgrades, business analytics and data management initiatives. In devising appropriate IT solutions, it is expected that the resource will support and/or manage the development, implementation and provision of a core, enterprise level system across prioritised functional areas.Location: LimerickContract Length: 6 MonthsKey Responsibilities:Support the development and facilitate execution of functional plans for each programme stream, ensuring alignment with the overall planDevelop project documentation and reports.Plan and sequence activities for project delivery teams.Coordinate daily project activities.Present any Change requests/Change Logs for approval.Responsible for coordination of reporting from each programme stream on a monthly basis, tracking delivery against objectives.Sign-off on deliverables to the project with Programme Manager as appropriate.Complete assigned projects tasks on time and on budget as per the work plan.Contribute ideas/expertise and collaborate with other team members on an ongoing basisShare project information and knowledge with other team members and interested stakeholders as per the internal communications plan.Escalate any issues or change that might affect the project’s success to the Programme Manager.With the Programme Manager, develop recommendations to take to the Steering Group for decision at key milestones in the process.Candidate Profile:Knowledge of IT infrastructure.Experience in integration and transformation ICT projects/programmes.Experience of managing digital healthcare projects to successful outcomes.Self-motivated individual with excellent customer service and strong working/team building relationship skills.Good judgment and solution-oriented.Strong conflict resolution, negotiating and influencing skills.Project risk and issue management skills.Experience in drafting proposals and business cases.Document management (library management and compiling reports for different groups).Experience operating within a matrix organisation, and effectively working with colleagues from a range of disciplines in order to deliver projects.Experience of vendor management of major software vendors and system integrators.Experience of governance and oversight of projects.PFH Technology, owned by Ricoh – a Japanese based global ICT company, is a premier provider of end-to-end ICT solutions and a managed services portfolio scaling from SMEs to large Enterprise organisations.
