Salary RangeBasic: MYR 9,500 - MYR 10,500 Bonuses: Actual figures and detailed breakdown of benefits will be disclosed during the interview session)Working HoursMon–Fri, 830-530 (On Site)Saturday: 830-530 (On Site)Working LocationImpian Emas Job Description Ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and exceed stakeholder expectations.Estimating the cost of the project and ensuring financial resources are allocated for materials, labor, and equipment.Providing regular progress updates and forecast claims reporting to senior managementCoordinate with main contractor, subcontractors, consultants, internal teams, and other trades to schedule plumbing work and ensure smooth workflow, resolve conflicts, and address site issues.Site work done verification with Main ConMaintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usageTrack, coordinate, and facilitate responses to RFIs and project needs.Manage coordination of approvals for Shop drawings, Model reviews, vendor document approvals, etc.Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.Job RequirementMinimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Pipeline or engineering industryDegree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related fieldProven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budgetFamiliarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirementsProficient in the use of project management software and toolsPreferably knowledgeable in PIPELINEProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, CAD drawingsStrong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans and budgetsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationshipsProblem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
